TAMPA, FLORIDA, November 29, 2011 – Healthcare Trust of America Inc. (HTA), one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate investment trusts, has selected RJ King & Associates Healthcare Real Estate Advisors to handle leasing and property management for a portfolio of four West Central Florida medical office buildings (MOBs) totaling more than 162,000 square feet.

RJ King & Associates will provide a full-service facilities management program, including plant operations and maintenance, leasing and financial services for the four properties.
